To ensure fair access, maintain safety, and prevent misuse, the following rules apply to all guest parking within the Hidden Forest community:
1. Designated Guest Parking Zones:
• Guest parking spaces are reserved exclusively for non-resident visitors.
• Residents may not use guest-designated spots for personal or overflow parking.
• Clear signage will indicate guest parking areas and any applicable time limits.
2. Permit Requirements:
• Residents may request a physical guest pass from the HOA via the Hidden Forest website (or management office).
• Passes must be visibly displayed on the vehicle dashboard while parked.
• Permits are tied to the guest’s license plate number.
3. Time Limits:
• Guest vehicles may park for up to 24 hours unless otherwise approved.
• Long-term guest stays must be pre-approved by the HOA Board.
4. Prohibited Actions:
• No resident parking in guest spaces.
• No unregistered vehicles in guest zones.
• No parking in fire lanes, driveways, or landscaped areas.
• Violations may result in fines, towing, or loss of parking privileges.
5. Special Events & Exceptions:
• For large gatherings, residents may request temporary guest permits or event exemptions from the HOA.
• Requests should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
6. Communication & Enforcement:
• Guest parking rules will be communicated via newsletters, signage, and the HOA website.
• Enforcement will be consistent and fair, with periodic patrols and follow-up on reported violations.
