Preparation of our community pool for the new season has officially begun. The pool house has already completed the de‑winterizing process, and the contractor will soon move on to the next stages required before opening. The plan includes de‑winterizing the equipment, performing a deep cleaning of the pool, bringing the water to proper chemical balance, and testing the pumping system. After all stages are completed, a County inspection will be scheduled to authorize the pool for resident use.

Tree Maintenance Work on March 16

Dear Residents,
On March 16, ArborForce Tree Services will be conducting scheduled tree trimming throughout our community. To ensure uninterrupted work by the crew and to prevent delays or missed areas, please take the following measures:

• Clear Access Routes: Remove all vehicles from driveways and neighborhood streets. Parking is not permitted near the pool, the dog park, the parking area along Peacock Road, and on Flamingo Road in the single‑family home section.

• Ensure Access: Please keep any gates leading to your front yards open (not locked).

• Safety: We kindly ask that all pets stay inside during the trimming.

Note: If access to your property is blocked, the crew will be unable to perform the necessary work and will have to skip that area.

Sincerely,
Your HOA Board

Temporary Gate Schedule Update

The Hidden Forest HOA Board has approved a temporary gate schedule to help lower maintenance expenses and reduce mechanical wear. Automated gate timing has been adjusted to better accommodate weekday peak traffic.

For the safety and security of our neighborhood, the detailed schedule has been shared through the private resident mailing list rather than posted publicly.

To prevent damage to the gates, please keep a safe distance, proceed only once the gate is fully open, and always enter and exit in the proper direction.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and reliable gate system!
