TRASH & RECYCLING GUIDELINES

To maintain the community’s appearance and cleanliness:

• All trash bins must be located or enclosed so they are not visible from adjacent streets or surrounding areas.

• Trash, waste, and litter must be removed regularly and may not be allowed to accumulate.

• Disposal of any waste within the Community is strictly prohibited.

• Trash and recycling containers may be placed at the curb no earlier than 5:00 PM on the day before scheduled pickup.

• Containers must be removed within 24 hours after collection.

• Trash collection occurs every Tuesday.
