To maintain the community’s appearance and cleanliness:
• Keep Bins Hidden: Store containers in a location not visible from the street.
• Stay Clean: Regularly remove waste to avoid accumulation.
• Bag & Secure: Always bag your trash and keep bin lids closed.
• No Community Dumping: Do not dispose of personal waste in shared community spaces.
• The 5:00 PM Rule: Place bins at the curb no earlier than 5:00 PM on Monday.
• Quick Pickup: Remove empty bins within 24 hours of Tuesday's collection.
