We’re pleased to announce that the Hidden Forest HOA has selected Top Notch Pool Management as our pool service provider for the 2026 season. After carefully reviewing multiple proposals, the Board chose Top Notch for their proven service record, clear communication, and comprehensive approach to seasonal maintenance and regulatory compliance.
Residents can look forward to consistent weekly service, timely preparation for opening day, and dependable support throughout the swim season. We’re excited about the year ahead and look forward to providing a safe, smooth, and enjoyable pool experience for our community.

The Hidden Forest HOA will soon begin scheduled tree‑pruning services throughout the community. This work is intended to improve safety, enhance visibility, and maintain a clean, consistent, and well‑kept appearance across all landscaped areas.
Additional Notes for Residents:
• Tree canopies will be raised to improve clearance around buildings, sidewalks, and streets.
• Select trees will be thinned to increase light and air flow.
• All wood chips and mulch generated during the work will be left on‑site.

• Entrance black fencing between the brick columns, including the vehicle and pedestrian security gates on both sides
• Three speed bumps throughout the community
Optional Discounted Services for Homeowners
Maxwell Pressure Washing LLC is offering Hidden Forest residents discounted rates on select exterior cleaning services, including:
• Driveway and sidewalk cleaning
• Stairs/steps cleaning

Resident Reminder
To ensure the contractor can complete the work efficiently, please remove any items that block access to landscape beds, including:

• River rocks, small pebbles, rubber rings, or similar items
• Any objects placed within the pine straw areas
